Michelle here from Lady of Leisure Ink - I have another project for you today using the 'Jeanne', one of the new Julie Nutting 'Decade Dolls'.

The papers I used for this tag are another pack from Graphic 45, I decided to distress the edges a little with brown ink to give it a shabby chic feel.

I used another Peachy Keen face stamp, and the sentiment stamp is from Stampin' Up.

Ruby - 'Thoroughly Modern Millie'

Hi Everyone

Michelle here from Lady of Leisure Ink here with my first project using one of the new Julie Nutting 'Decade Dolls'.  This one is actually called 'Ruby', but all the time I was creating with her I had the tunes from 'Thoroughly Modern Millie' running through my head.

The papers I used for this are all from Graphic 45 (love their papers) - I think it gives the tags a real vintage feeling.

The flower rosette I used is from Websters Pages, and the jeweled pins are some that were made for me by a friend.  The face I stamped on her is from Peachy Keen.

HELLO AND WELCOME TO THE NEW BLOG

Hi Everyone

Welcome to the new blog for A Scrap N Place, this is where you will find out about all the stuff that is going on and see new projects from the designers.

There is so much going on at the moment and you will find out all about it here on the blog, or over on the  Scrap N Place FaceBook Page.  If you have been following the old blog you will know that the store has been reset store to become the 'warehouse' for the new online store.  You can still come into the shop and purchase your dies, (and by golly there is a ton of them,) while you are there don't forget to check out the CLEARANCE CORNER which has goodies for 50% off.  Just make sure to take note of the new hours:

The online store is coming soon, we will keep you posted about that here on the blog, and we will be starting a Pinterest page to show off some of our fabulous projects.
