PATRIOTIC CARDS

We created three "FUN" cards in our PATRIOTIC CARD CLASS yesterday using some of our aweome new dies!
Great year around for birthdays and masculine cards.

Star Spangled Marisol

Hi Everyone

Michelle here from Lady of Leisure Ink wanting to wish everyone a Happy 4th July holiday weekend with a quick tag using 'Marisol'.

I love this new doll - she is so versatile, she even comes with an extra set of clothing that you can stamp.  Check her out in the store.  For this tag I 'borrowed' the hat and boots from some of the other dolls, can you guess which ones?

As always Terri thanks for having me on the blog.

Adam - Surfer Dude

Hi Everyone

Michelle here from Lady of Leisure Ink with my last (for now) project using one of the Julie Nutting 'Decade Dolls'.  This time I am using 'Adam' - I love that there is now a boy in this stamp range.

I turned 'Adam' into a surfer dude with the help of these papers called 'Beach Boardwalk' from Carta Bella.

'Adam' comes dressed in his underwear and there is an additional stamp set of clothes that you can get for him - I decided to change his outfit for a t-shirt and long shorts (perfect for the beach.)  I also drew the shoes freehand, and gave him a surfboard (cut with my Silhouette Cameo and a file from the online store.)

Look for 'Adam' (and his clothes) in the store.

See you next time.

Jill

Hi Everyone

Michelle here from Lady of Leisure Ink.  Today for my tag I am using 'Jill' the 1960's gal from the 'Decade Dolls' by Julie Nutting.

The paper I used for this tag are from The Paper Studio (Hobby Lobby).  I changed up her dress a bit for this tag, giving her long flowy sleeves (quite 60's.)

Check out those hoop earrings - I made those using the 'chain' die from 'The Birdhouse Village' from Memory Box.  I also added a little bling to her pink boots.

I had a lot of fun creating this tag and hope I have inspired you.  You can find 'Jill' and the other 'Decade Dolls' in Terri's store.

Thanks for checking out my project, see you next week.

Audrey

Hi Everyone

Michelle again from Lady of Leisure Ink, and yes I have another doll tag.  I love these 'Decade Dolls' from Julie Nutting, and this one 'Audrey' was so much fun to play with.

How cute is she?  She looks like quite the 1950's jet-setter.  The papers I used for this tag are from an old 6x6 paper pack from Authentique.

I love the over-sized sunglasses on her, and with the suitcase (an old stamp from my stash) she is certainly ready for her travels.

Terri has 'Audrey' and her friends in the store, just waiting for you to create with.

Thanks for stopping by, see you next time.

Rita

Hi Everyone

Michelle from Lady of Leisure Ink with my third Julie Nutting 'Decade Doll' project using 'Rita'.

The papers I used for this tag are from Webster's Pages - I particularly love the florals on her dress.

I stamped her skirt many times on the floral paper, distressed it with brown ink and then pieced it together using pop-dots to give it a little dimension.

Our course I had to finish her off with another Peachy Keen face.

You can find 'Rita' and her gal pals in the store.

See you next week.
